Our team is also bigger than just the people who work together in our office in Estonia every day - our freelancer network comprises of people whose expert skills are necessary for helping our clients with specific projects and who wish to share out their skills between a number of projects.

Our work is based on the belief that communication and leadership go hand in hand. Our team members have work experience from organizations of different sizes and fields, making us good at advising both small local producers as well as large corporations. We adjust quickly to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Over the years we have advised a number of organizations in situations where they are facing changes, developing a new face for their organization, or needing to communicate difficult messages to the public.

The Communication and Brand Consultancy JLP was founded in 2005 by Aimar Jugaste, Kristi Liiva and Kristina Seimann.  The owners of the agency are Kristi Liiva (84%) and Artur Jugaste (16%). In 2013, Karita Sall and Marek Unt became associate partners of JLP.

The team at JLP is passionate about creating content and meaning. We are inspired by the wish to help clients create meaningful relationships with their customers, their employees, their interest group. We achieve this by being in tune with society, and strive every day to work with content rather than mere form.

Our team has agreed that we only work with organizations and companies whose activities do not impact society in a negative way nor bring extra costs to it. Another thing that makes us special is that, in addition to their everyday work, our team members are actively involved with socially important topics, contributing their time and knowledge to the not-for-profit sector.

Our employees are active volunteers in projects such as Arvamusfestival (the Festival of Opinion Culture), Kiusamisvaba Kool (Bullying-Free Schools), PÖFF (Tallinn Dark Nights Film Festival), Minu Unistuste Päev (My Dream Day) and neighbourhood associations.

Human relations and networks play a critical role in communications. As part of one of the world’s largest international public relations agencies, IPREX, our network extends well beyond Estonia.
