Kristi is JLP’s fount of information and knowledge. She comes up with ideas, develops, trains and connects people, and builds networks. Kristi is the co-founder of JLP. She works in the office daily as a consultant, focusing on clients who need advice on directing the communication for brand and business development projects. She is also responsible for the development of the company.
Kristi’s longest work experience is from the banking sector, directing marketing and communication. Between 2009 and 2012 Kristi worked at Swedbank’s main office in Stockholm. She was the right hand of the group's head of corporate communications and was responsible for managing the bank’s reputation in its home markets of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Prior to this, she worked at Hansapank and Hoiupank. Kristi has also led communications at Eesti Energia and headed the Government Communication Office.
Kristi’s diverse skillset is founded on leading organizational communication, with an emphasis on change management through creating the necessary communication strategy, and planning and executing communication activities. Her other core interest lies in brand communication: what are the opportunities and means for developing and viably managing a brand.
Kristi is intrigued by people - how we work, what we do, and why we do it. For this reason, she has educated herself in the field of applied psychology and has also trained as a communication instructor.
